In addition an option appraisal ranging through all aspects of renewable and low carbon technology can be undertaken with budget costs and payback periods assessed along with the anticipated carbon reduction. A typical report can include wind turbines and solar photovoltaic panels utilising feed in tariff, biomass boilers, solar hot water, ground and air source heat pumps and grey water collection.
The low carbon funding initiatives are subject to constant review and we would include an assessment of the available funding within our feasibility appraisal. The onward specification and delivery of projects can then be provided over a suitable time frame.
