Having worked with numerous clients through out London and UK wide we have established a knowledge of the latest trends and creating work environments that people feel comfortable and enjoy being in – contributing to a happier healthier environment. Education

We have established a working relationship with a number of trusts and academies advising on maintenance liability of their estates and contributing to bids for funding and ongoing delivery of refurbishment projects. We have worked with Priory Group, Precious Homes, Modus Care and National Star College on the provision of new build and refurbishment projects with appropriate knowledge of the solutions for the environment.

Health

Envirotas have worked extensively in the health fitness and well being sector from the roll out of the fitness clubs in the late 1990s through to luxurious spa offerings from hotels. We have experience of pool and hydrotherapy design and have delivered a number of fitness suite designs with appropriate cooling and ventilation solutions

Occupiers

We have worked with a number of multi site occupiers and assisted in the technical compliance and delivery of maintenance across their estate. Our role can include maintenance contractor procurement, contract production tender process interview and selection. We can then go on to monitor the performance of the contractor to ensure they are adhering with the terms and conditions of the contract whilst delivering best value for the client.

River Learning Trust

We provide numerous trusts including the RLT with forward maintenance cost planning and scheduling across their estate. We also undertake carbon reduction planning and plant replacement works including switchgear, lighting, heating systems and general over haul and refurbishment works.

Work Place

The modern office is far from a traditional place to sit and write reports and emails. Our clients are increasingly requiring creative hubs with professionally catered restaurants and solo / group working facilities along with meeting and seminar environments. We have enjoyed rising to the challenge and along with creative interior design teams have delivered some fantastic results for our clients.
